How to order from Alwings Limited ?

1. How do I order from Alwings?
For order, following tips will be helpful to procedure running:
Please tell us products you need with complete information (including quantities, sizes, colors, materials and any other special requests). Clear order lists will be very appreciated.
Don’t forget to remark your company name, payment method, delivery and destination.Upon above information, we will go into details of quotation, proforma invoice, payment and delivery till customers pick up goods.

2. What is the payment term?
General prices are based on FOB Shanghai port and dollar payment by T/T. Please let us know for other payment methods.
For any order value less than $3000, it will be charged $60 handling cost additionally.For order amount less than $10,000, please make 100% TT in advance.
For order amount more than $10,000, you can make 40% prepayment and 60% balance before shipment.

Mostly, payment should be made via bank transferred T/T.
Other payment methods like Western Union, Money Gram, Sigue, Paypal are all acceptable. 

3. What is the shipping term?
For parcels less than 45kg, express courier is more economic. We can choose DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, EMS etc.
For parcels more than 45kg, air cargo is a good option.
For parcels more than 2CBM, sea delivery is most economic.Delivery can be made by either our forwarder agency or your designated forwarder agency.
  
4. Do you provide OEM package?
We welcome OEM customization .Plate-making costs will be charged according to your design layout. It is only charged for the first time.
 
5. Can you make certificate of origin (C/O)?
Yes. We send certificate of origin to our customer after shipment upon request.
